Emergency Medical Officer
Highland Hospital is looking for a qualified and dedicated Emergency Medical Officer (EMO) to provide immediate medical attention and stabilization to critically ill or injured patients in the Emergency Department. The EMO will work closely with consultants, nurses, and paramedics to ensure high-quality emergency care.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: MBBS degree from a recognized university

Registration: Valid Medical Council Registration

Experience: 1–3 years of clinical experience (experience in Emergency or ICU preferred)

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Ability to handle high-pressure situations

Proficiency in emergency protocols (ACLS/BLS certification preferred)

Good communication and patient-handling skills

Team player with a compassionate approach
Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate medical care to patients in emergency conditions

Perform clinical examinations, stabilize patients, and initiate treatment

Coordinate with specialists for further care and referrals

Document patient history, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately

Ensure all emergency medical protocols are followed

Supervise nursing and paramedical staff during emergencies
